1. Cancellation Before Shipment
Order cancellation is only possible as long as the goods have not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the contract can only be revoked in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Withdrawal is possible without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us. Please provide your first and last name, the order date, the date of receipt of goods, and the order number.

3. Return Policy
In the event of a return, the goods must be returned:

in their original condition.

7. Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Goods
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, claims exist under the statutory warranty for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods.
