Return & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
Order cancellation is only possible as long as the goods have not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the contract can only be revoked in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. 3. Return Policy
In the event of a return, the goods must be returned:

in their original condition.

4. Compensation for Diminished Value

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

7. Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Goods
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, claims exist under the statutory warranty for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods.

For hygienic reasons, earrings are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB), as they are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
